Your dog’s grooming temperament e.g. good, nervous, biter etc.
If your dog has an medical conditions or problems e.g. if they have sensitive skin, lumps, bumps, warts, heart murmur etc.

How we store your personal information

We do not use cookies. Our website is used purely for information so we will not retarget you online. If you would like to stay in contact with us, please follow Jemma Faulkner Dog Grooming’s social media channels.

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your contact details and information on your dog for 12 months (in case you have any issues when you leave us).

We will then dispose your information by shredding any paper card files and deleting your record from our database.
